Q. Who can attend EFM Expo 2011?
A. Anyone in the business community. EFM Expo is a purely trade event and NOT open to the public.
Q. How much does it cost to enter the exhibition?
A. Entry into the exhibition is free of charge.
Q. How do I register for Free Admission?

Q. When will I receive my visitor badge?
A. If you have registered online you can collect your badge from the Fast Track Entry Desk inside the Convention Centre.
Q. What should I do if the details on my badge are incorrect?
A. The registration desk inside the venue can amend any details and print off a revised version of your badge when you arrive at the venue.
Q. What if I have forgotten my e-ticket when I arrive at the show?
A. Just go to the registration desk located at the entrances and give the staff your name, they will locate your details on the computer and issue you with a new badge.
Q. Does my badge enable me to return to the show on another day or would I need to register again.
A. Your badge gives you free entry throughout the two days of the show so you can return to show as many times as you wish!
Q. What happens if I don’t receive my e-ticket before the show?
A. In the unlikely event that you don’t receive your e-ticket from us don’t worry! Just get in touch with us by phone 01 490 0600 or email info@sdlexpo.com we will resend another e-ticket to you. If you forget to print the e-ticket, just give your name at the registration desk and we will look up your details in order to print another badge.
Q. Can I register on-site?
A. Yes.
Q. Is there parking at the venue?
A. Yes, free car parking will be available in the grounds of the Silver Springs Hotel. There is no charge for car parking and is subject to availability. Neither the Silver Springs Hotel or the Organisers take responsibility for cars parked in these area’s. The normal precautions should be exercised for security.
Q. Can I bring children?
A. Children are not permitted to attend the exhibition.
Q. I am a student, am I able to attend the event?
A. Students are permitted entry to the exhibition. Please speak to the staff on the registration desk when you arrive.
Q. Where can I eat?
A. Light snacks and refreshments are available in the Silver Springs in the Lobby Bar with full dining facilities available in The Watermarq Restaurant.
Q. Is there disabled access?
A. Yes, Silver Springs Convention Centre is fully accessible for wheelchairs.
